Exhibit 980-- Torturing people to death:

The interrogation and detention regime implemented by the U.S. resulted in the deaths of over 100 detainees in U.S. custody -- at least. While some of those deaths were the result of "rogue" interrogators and agents, many were caused by the methods authorized at the highest levels of the Bush White House, including extreme stress positions, hypothermia, sleep deprivation and others. Aside from the fact that they cause immense pain, that's one reason we've always considered those tactics to be "torture" when used by others -- because they inflict serious harm, and can even kill people. Those arguing against investigations and prosecutions -- that we Look to the Future, not the Past -- are thus literally advocating that numerous people get away with murder.

I have spent time reviewing the Autopsy reports of the detainees known to have died in US custody in Iraq and Afghanistan. Of these 44 detainee deaths, 21 were determined by US military pathologists to be homicides. Most of the autopsies reveal the handiwork of pure cruelty. The autopsies are replete with descriptions of linear bruises caused by batons or other blunt objects, patterned abrasions ("brush burns") on the back from dragging, cuts and bruises at the wrists from shackling, boot prints in the flesh, head injuries that cause blood vessels in the brain to rupture.... This link to an ACLU press release provides several telling excerpts. Aside from the unadulterated cruelty evident in many of the autopsies, one autopsy reveals a death that was exacerbated by the medical experimentation of the early torture program.

The Alex Jones Op -- One of The Most Insidious Intel Ops

It is not a pleasant task to show how someone in the conspiracy field is really an undercover Intel asset--especially when they sometimes do good work. But it is among the most necessary of tasks for one of the few in the conspiracy field not controlled by gov’ts, or religions, or other such control. This task is all the more problematic because such hidden agents of the gov't intel agencies, or of the secret societies that control them, have often already hoodwinked many people searching for truth or leadership in the conspiracy field. Many people are alas hopelessly brainwashed by the very clever and well-coordinated Op-Plans of the “top” conspiracy experts.

As I have written, the few conspiracy experts who are/were not intel assets/agents included Bill Cooper (shot many times, and stomped upon, by Sheriff’s goons likely under federal Gestapo control), Sherman Skolnick (deceased and likely controlled by others in his last several, disabled years), Rodney Stich (very old), and maybe one or two others. You see, instead of naming likely intel imposters, it is far quicker to cite who isn’t! (And for obvious reasons, a person, such as myself, must leave his own reputation to others to proclaim or not--and of course, note carefully who are the proclaimers.)

Of course, just because someone is honest, does not mean they are always accurate. Sometimes a true conspiracy expert is wrong on a particular matter, because he is fed deliberate disinformation by some gov't intel agent pretending to ask him for help. But the overall body of his/her work should stand out as honest, and accurate most of the time. Sometimes a clever gatekeeping intel asset/conspiracy promoter moves from one sub-field to another if he/she has managed to fool enough people. And as I indicated, many people have great difficulty--if they trusted someone once--in correcting their error. The conspiracy “experts” make it difficult, as some are great actors, and they have the cooperation and hidden resources of many in the regime.

In particular, the PTB are able to insert their own hidden agents to become the top players, both in the general conspiracy field, and in each of the more specific conspiracy sub-fields. As well as the top “players,” often the first players in a new conspiracy sub-field are also hidden intel assets to control the information in that sub-field. Sometimes assassination, or disabling tactics, are used to “replace” someone who was genuine, and who could not be bought or controlled. Such assassinations, or disablings, could involve getting shot, or being poisoned, or both, or other methods. As I have detailed, I was poisoned, with a mercury compound emplaced throughout my home, that was inhaled for two years, for showing that driver/Secret Service agent, William Greer fired twice, first shooting Connally, then blowing Kennedy’s head apart.

The former Naval Intelligence officer was murdered two months after 9/11. Unlike the vast majority of bogus 9/11 “truthers,” had he lived, he would have likely revealed the ultimate truths of 9/11. That the WTC was nuked, and that the China Syndrome resulted, and that it was, of course, perpetrated by the U.S. regime. The one who was inserted to replace him acts as a gatekeeper to keep this information, and the subservient factor of no-planes (NPT) from the people of the USA, and the world. Cooper, of course was famous for his decades-long proclaiming/showing that Secret Service driver, Wiliam Greer, fired the fatal head shot killing President Kennedy, and for revealing matters in the UFO/alien field as well.

How I became certain of Alex Jones is instructive. I was already 90% certain because of the way he carries on with occasional hysterical outbursts (such as here --IMO, just bad acting), and control of his guests when they start to say something he doesn’t want aired. And also because of the general factors listed above. The simple truth is that anyone real is often either killed or disabled by the gestapo regime. And then there are the matters of his NOT getting stopped in such antics as his videoing the inside of the Bohemian Grove, and also the people he interviews, and those he doesn’t. Govt agents (FBI, CIA, or anyone else who is/was high in the govt) only talk to, or cooperate with, other intel agents. You must learn to look beneath the surface!

Several years ago, I heard Jones interview the “9/11 truther” Luke Rodowski of NYC, and founder of “We Are Change”. I will not address, for the moment, Rudowski’s genuineness, or not. Except to say he is very young, and could have been fooled from the outset, and that it is not the point of this article. Then again, Jones himself was quite young when he was inserted into the conspiracy field as a radio personality. Some 15 years later, he is still only 35 now. He began his career shortly after high school, and put out his first conspiracy video a few years after that.

Now young Luke was being interviewed in what sounded like a very frightened state. He was describing hearing strange sounds on his phone, after doing some 9/11 truth work. Jones said that it was probably the Mafia doing it. Here was the great expert on gov’t conspiracy, and all he did was put out that “ancient” gatekeeping hangout trivial nonsense. He did not say NSA, CIA, FBI, military intel, etc. In that one instant, he attained 100% certainty as an agent/asset in my mind. Later he apparently realized he had fucked up, and added, CIA or such, but it was too late for those who can think and CHANGE their minds.

There are many other examples. When WTC responder Sgt. Matthew Tartaglia would venture to say that he thought “tactical nukes” took out the towers, as he was being interviewed by Jones, Jones would change the subject rather than explore THIS MOST IMPORTANT OF 9/11 ISSUES. But one more matter also makes the above deduction a certainty. This is the broadcast Jones did the next morning after Cooper was assassinated, by Apache County Sheriff’s Deputies, in Eager, AZ. It was painful and disgusting to have to listen to this 12-part 11/6/01 youtube series starting here. Jones had on two guests within hours of Cooper’s murder, who allege they knew exactly what had happened, when only the murderers could have known. Turns out at least one was a former “friend of Cooper” who Cooper had turned away, after this “friend” stole money from him--a likely intel plant as the federal intel agencies had done numerous times to Cooper, incuding the JFK truther/pilot who says trees are growing on the back side of the Moon (without presenting any evidence of this fantastic claim), and who now ludicrously promotes “DEW,” even after I helped totally destroy this intel hangout. Jones had on two locals who just said foul things about Cooper, and who “just knew” exactly what had happened during his murder.

Perhaps most painful, and most telling, was the fact that Jones--in these 12 youtubes of his show “commemorating” Bill Cooper--does NOT ONCE mention the thing that Cooper was most famous for, and for what got him to lose a leg in a car chase with the federal Gestapo, and for whch he was ultimately killed for--showing millions that President Kennedy was killed by William Greer, his supposed Secret Service gov’t protector/driver. Having on likely govt agents, and not citing Cooper’s most important work, are dead giveaways. The two interviewees called for people at that time “to remain calm,” and not do anything (Cooper had thousands, and possibly millions of followers, listeners, or readers), showing what may be a reason for the Jones Op. With Cooper’s assassination, Jones became a sort of titular head of the conspiracy movement by default.

But before his murder, Cooper had tried to warn the movement about Jones. (Perhaps another reason to kill Cooper.) Here is part 1 of a 6 part youtube series of a show Cooper did critiquing a broadcast Jones had done on the eve of 1/1/2000--Y2K. Cooper shows how Jones just states one lie after another to scare people that the Russians were about to launch nukes to the USA, and that nuclear reactors, all over the USA and the world had broken down due to Y2K. Others in the conspiracy field have also noted the “strangeness” of Alex Jones. Here someone shows Jones describing David Icke as a conman or intel agent, then later having Icke on his show. My favorite part of this last youtube is when Jones states what Icke’s Op might be. Jones just looks down nervously at that time--perhaps because he realizes he is also describing his own deep cover. Here is a website devoted to exposing Alex Jones. Unfortunately that fellow, Thomas Richards, who seems genuine, is controlled by his religion, and throws that into the discussion. He arrives at the conclusion that Jones is controlled by the Jesuit conspirators. I am not sure there is enough info to know with certainty who his ultimate controllers are.

Now a word on 9/11, and Alex Jones. Alex Jones has been one hell of a gatekeeper on several crucial 9/11 factors. The fact that the planes “used” on 9/11, at the WTC, were CGI is strongly censored by Jones. He states or implies that even if this were true, it should not ever be cited to the public, as that would be counter-productive to “spreading the word” of 9/11 truth. That is classic gatekeeping. No aspect of what really did or did not happen should be censored, as likely such a desire is itself another indication of a hidden intel asset serving his masters. I am not saying that every aspect of 9/11 should be immediately cited to every “newbie”, but a blanket censoring is highly suspicious. As far as I know, he has never had the words “China Syndrome at the WTC” said on his show, by any guest. As noted above, I have heard him cleverly censor the nuking when it came up by Sgt. Tartaglia. Alex Jones is (naturally) a proponent of Steven Jones’ thermite hypothesis. Somehow the ludicrous claim that thermite burns forever is not too ludicrous to proclaim to the masses. Of course, the thermite nonsense is purely an intel hangout to try to hide the nuking of the WTC, and the China Syndrome Aftermath.

This is another giveaway, of one deep undercover asset pushing the hangout of another deep undercover asset. Would a genuine anti-gov't, conspiracy expert ever push a theory from Steven Jones--who was blatantly inserted to shoot down the Cold Fusion energy field in its infancy? That is, an honest conspiracy expert would easily see who is intel, and would never promote anything from such a person! Instead Alex Jones wants 9/11 truth to be nothing but Steven Jones and thermite. When nothing else would possibly enrage the masses to action than to learn that New York City was nuked by the American regime. But Jones’ masters do NOT want people to effect change. Some cite that Jones once mentioned on his show (a year ago or so), that “there’s a theory that the WTC was nuked.” But he added that this was said by a “British physicist.” Now, as far as I know, I am the only physicist that has ever stated, and demonstrated, that the WTC was nuked, and I have made it clear that I am an American. That was the last time Jones mentioned the nuking of the WTC to my knowledge. So if one tried to search the internet for the “British physicist that said the WTC was nuked”, you’d come up with nothing. And did you notice the curious contradiction? Jones ignored that several years earlier, he himself had on the guest, Sgt. Tartaglia, who said "tactical nukes" took down the towers!

There may be a more insidious side to Jones’ “work.” Some desperate people he was allegedly helping have found themselves either arrested or dead. We had Ed and Elaine Brown, the New Hampshire IRS tax protestors, whom the Feds took into custody after a several weeks long stand-off. Supposedly the Browns’ link with the outside world was through their trusted friend Alex Jones. Then there is the strange matter of Barry Jennings, Deputy Director of the New York City Housing Authority’s Emergency Services Department. Jennings who had been in WTC7, when my articles detailed an earlier attempted, but fizzled, nuking occurred. Jennings was interviewed by Jones. But Jones said he held up the release of this because of Jennings’ fears. My article, just cited, notes the use of the double 33 in the interview with Jones and the “Loose Change” gang. Jennings says he worked for “33 years” for the NYCHA, and then a firetruck Engine number 133 is shown to go by. The coveted double 33, that I have exposed. Jennings died after that, and just as the regime’s WTC7 report was about to come out. We still do not know how or why Jennings died. I would be wary of asking Alex Jones for help.

From the above, we see that Jones seems to be associated with those who have the word “change” in their group’s name. Yet Jones and these groups seem dedicated to censoring the truth, to ensure we will not get any real change. Even the aforementioned “We Are Change” group founded by Luke Rudowski, Alex Jones sycophant, has this on one of their website’s pages: “Derogatory comments disseminated towards NYPD, FDNY OR ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT OF ANY KIND will not be tolerated.” What’s next? The Sieg Heil salute to one of the gestapo agencies? Such a blanket statement implies that their members would not be allowed to show that “law enforcement agencies” were involved in destroying/nuking the WTC! Which is the case.

Jones, and others with similar deep covers, had pushed the “Ron Paul Revolution” which was likely designed to stem a real revolution. I heard the interview Jones did with Michael Tsarion. Jones avoided getting into any ultimate truths when Tsarion mentioned what he called “off-world” matters or control. And Jones at one point caused Tsarion to startle and pause. From out of nowhere, Jones threw in some meaningless study which had “33% of…” Oh how these agents have to push that number for their masters.

Perhaps the ultimate insidiousness of the Alex Jones Op-Plan is that he has had on guests to describe alleged plans that the American regime "may someday nuke some American city." All the while, he desperately censors the "breaking news" that one city--New York City--was ALREADY NUKED ON 9/11/01!! Included in this, is that he was contacted and asked if he wanted a review copy of my new book, "The Nuclear Destruction of the World Trade Center and The China Syndrome Aftermath" described here anonymousphysicist.com, regarding my being a guest on his show. There was no reply from Alex Jones or his staff.

In the final analysis, Alex Jones has not been shot nor poisoned, nor is he on the regime’s no-fly list, when so many conspiracy speakers are. You will have to make up your own minds on whether Jones, and those he works with, and whose “theories” he supports, are all intel assets. We need to realize that no good change will be effected by him, or his allies. Personally, as the saying goes, I think we need to start the real revolution without him.

This sounds fairly real in terms of Ong's demeanor-- she doesn't seem as if she's acting. The oddities to me here are 1) how she keeps saying no one can get up to business class while at the same time saying the cockpit door is blocked-- a clear contradiction, 2) knowing two flight attendants were stabbed but not knowing any other details of how it happened and saying no one can get up to business class where the attendants would have been stabbed-- how did she know they were stabbed? 3) the lack of urgency in her call, 4) the fact that Ong called the AA reservations desk and not authorities. The flight 12 mistake could be an honest mistake or someone forgetting their lines.

She sounds as if she's reading from a script. The way her voice changes at the end is very creepy-- is this a malfunction of voice morphing technology?

Time to Revolt, Part 2

Any attempt at listing all the sources of criminality, corruption and pure evil in our US system inevitably leads one to the conclusion that the evil ones are far too intertwined and widespread in our system for there ever to be a simple purge of the bad elements. Simply leaving the basic structure of the government intact, leaving some branch of government intact will not work.

The entire system needs to be demolished, removing everyone in power, for there ever to be any honesty and/or sanity put into our government.

Is this likely to happen? No freakin' way.

Is it possible?

Yes-- if enough people wake up and act.

Red/Gray Thermitic Chips?

These "chips" are described in the paper "Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe" by Harrit et al. published in "The Open Physics Chemistry Journal" in 2009.

So-- are they real thermite? And if so, was it really in the dust or planted there somehow?

Or, are they some by-product of what was used to blast the WTC-- namely nukes?

Note, the chips are half iron, half aluminum, and the outer columns of the WTC were iron with aluminum cladding. Could the intense, high temp nuke blasts have fused small bits of iron with small bits of aluminum, to create this supposed "thermite"?

Also, there are also iron microspheres in the dust, that definitely could be nuke products-- vaporized steel particles from the WTC structure.

In some sense, if this "thermite" finding gets lots of people hooked on the idea of demolition of the WTC, it's not a terrible thing-- particularly if this leads to real action. But hopefully people will eventually realize that thermite simply CAN'T account for all the features of the WTC destruction, and wake up to nukes.

One basic critique of the thermitic chip paper is that the authors do not provide any quantification of the chips-- i.e. what percentage of the dust was these chips? How rare or common were they?

But really, the key questions are:
1) do we believe these chips were there?
2) could the chips be formed from a nuclear blast event rather than be manufactured thermite?

UPDATE: AP points out there is no verified chain of custody for the dust, so this could never hold up legally.

Redemption Through Universal Health Care?

I do have to say that if by some miracle, true health care reform is achieved, with a viable "public option" that results in much lower costs and universal coverage, that I would forgive some of the terrible sins of the Democrats of the past few years. This issue is that huge.

It won't make up for their cover-up of 9/11 and the ensuing war-crimes, but it will provide some significant degree of redemption.

Barack the Agent, Sabotaging Reform

That's basically what this Krugman column* seems to be saying. That Obama is smart enough to know what the real issues are, and at the same time, he's defeating health care reform.

This of course, seems to be the overall Obama OP-- putting an attractive, articulate face on screwing over the country, yet again.

Of course, Krugman won't come out and say it. But nonetheless, the message is there.

Cranky Post of the Day

I never was a Michael Jackson fan -- though his songs were catchy and he was a good dancer, I never saw what the fuss was all about. Obviously, he was a freaky guy, which didn't help things from my perspective. No doubt he was intel-controlled at some level, too.

I never thought that Farah Fawcett was that hot. Obviously she had iconic looks, but she just never did it for me.* (Priyanka Chopra on the other hand... oh baby.)

*Truth be told, when I was younger I never really went in for the Hollywood/popular culture version of beauty that is thrust upon us-- I never cared for for skinny women, or blondes. I much preferred "full-figured" women with dark hair and even dark skin. Funny, now that I am older I can see the attraction in slim women. I don't know if that is just because I'm weird or because of some normal, natural trend, but it is striking... I can imagine there might be some biological reason for these preferences...

The sources at the ill-equipped Agency Headquarters Hospital in Miramshah said 58 people had been taken to the hospital, most of them in critical condition. The 9/11 Cover-up Continues?

Among the nine fatalities in yesterday's deadly subway train collision in Washington D.C. was a retired Air Force general who headed the National Guard in the nation's capital and gave the order to scramble fighter jets during the 9-11 terror attack.

At a news conference at the crash site this afternoon, Washington DC Mayor Adrian Fenty confirmed that Maj. Gen. David F. Wherley Jr. was among those killed in the crash. Also killed in the crash was his wife, Ann. Both were 62 years of age.

Prior to becoming the head of the DC Army and Air National Guard Wherley commanded the 113th Fighter Wing, based at Andrews AFB in Maryland. That Air National Guard unit provides the planes and personnel that regularly fly combat missions protecting Washington.

It was this unit that scrambled jets over Washington during the 9-11 terror attacks and received orders to shoot down any suspicious aircraft that threatened the capital.

What did Wherley know? Was he going to speak out about 9/11?

Several articles yesterday noted that this crash was the worst in the 33 year history of the Metro line-- a tip-off to a conspiracy.

The 9/11 Truth Rally in Lafayette Park, Washington DC on July 23rd, 2005

Ah, good times.

This was the only 9/11 protest I ever went to, and it WAS definitely fun marching on the Bush White House, demanding 9/11 truth. It was also the only time I saw some 9/11 researchers in person (e.g. Nico Haupt, Morgan Reynolds, Paul Thompson, Webster Tarpley).

The day after the protest, I went to a 9/11 conference at American University and listened to a really interesting workshop presentation on the Pentagon event by Barbara Honegger. My write-ups of her talk are here and here.

Last week, the firm predicted that President Barack Obama's government could issue $3.25tn of debt before September, almost four times last year's sum. Goldman, a prime broker of US government bonds, is expected to make hundreds of millions of dollars in profits from selling and dealing in the bonds.

Goldman has it good in this economy-- making a killing in selling the ever increasing US debt.

A Radical Thought Regarding Health Care Reform

The government creates a public health care plan that provides basic "essential" health care at a low cost for everyone. Private health insurance companies create health care plans that offer more extensive coverage at an increased price. People can choose between cheap minimal coverage and more expensive maximal coverage depending upon their income and personal needs.

What a radical concept! You can see why the insurance companies would go bananas trying to prevent this from happening!

Now obviously, a lot of the devil is in the details of this "public plan", but in principle I see no reason why a cheap basic quality health care plan is a serious threat to private health insurance.

Chaos in Iran and US Meddling

How much of the protests in Iran are home-grown and how much are foreign influenced is hard to know. Perhaps some of the strongest provocateurs are US-backed, resulting in a govt crackdown on ordinary folks, resulting in more protests and chaos. You know, the standard agent provocateur ploy.

What seems in little doubt is that the US HAS meddled in Iran very recently:

These operations, for which the President sought up to four hundred million dollars, were described in a Presidential Finding signed by Bush, and are designed to destabilize the country’s religious leadership. The covert activities involve support of the minority Ahwazi Arab and Baluchi groups and other dissident organizations.

Though some of this money undoubtedly funded special forces operations, much of this 475 million dollars presumably went into the kind of political opposition we see in the streets of Iran right now.

How to Cover-Up a Major Treasonous Covert Operation That Everyone in Government Knows About

A classic example is the October Surprise operation engineered in 1980 by GHW Bush and others in the CIA, to delay the release of the American hostages being held by Iran-- in exchange for cash and arms shipments. The evidence that this occurred is overwhelming, but SURPRISE: two Congressional investigations concluded there was no such conspiracy!

The basic ingredients of the cover-up are:
1) CIA infiltration throughout the government and overall control
2) a controlled, conflicted, corrupt Congress
3) a controlled, conflicted, corrupt Executive branch
4) a controlled and corrupt Judiciary
5) a controlled, conflicted, corrupt, compliant media

The Final Word on The Tritium

I have written, that after long and careful analyses, the best bet for the main factor that destroyed the WTC on 9/11/01 were numerous, small, fission bombs. Others have claimed that one (hypothetical) 4th generation, pure fusion nuclear bomb destroyed each tower. This is what the anonymous Finnish military expert wrote. And the Finn apparently based his entire 4th generation pure fusion hypothesis on the finding of tritium at the WTC on 9/13/01. Since he was the first person to publish any specific nuclear destruction scenario for 9/11, many others cite his work as being definitive, or such. (He could still be correct, though this is extremely unlikely.) And so many who state that they are proponents of the nuclear destruction hypothesis of the WTC are proponents of the pure fusion mechanism, because the Finn is; and he cited the Tritium found at the WTC on 9/13/01. Or there could be a more sinister reason for these numerous individuals to support the pure fusion scenario.

Now the Finn apparently gave overarching consideration to the Tritium found and published in the article, “Study of Traces of Tritium at the World Trade Center” by T.M. Semkow, et al. It was published at the 223rd American Chemical Society National Meeting, Orlando, FL, April 7-11, 2002. The article states that “This work was performed under the auspices of the United States Department of Energy by the University of California, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory under contract No. W-7405-Eng-48.” (Note that this is the same lab that allegedly can create “super nano-composite thermite” that yields “unextinguishable fires,” and thus new laws of chemistry and physics as well as the first equivalent perpetual motion mechanism. [If only.] It’s also the same lab that is remasterminding Kennedy Assassination audio tapes. And I have some suspicions on what the “Eng” might mean.) It should be noted that this paper contains several bogus and ludicrous attempts to account for the tritium at the WTC on 9/13. Mostly they allege that the tritium came from exit signs on the planes that “crashed into the towers.” The paper also alleges that tritium was in the sightings on the guns of police officers killed that day. The first “mechanism” is obviously bogus, as there is not a single video that agrees with reality in that the “planes” are clearly just CGI broadcast on TV, and there was no credible evidence on the ground that any planes had crashed into the towers, and did so with blatantly, obvious impossible crash physics. Sources have also stated that the tritium claim on gun sightings is also bogus, if not totally, then regarding the amount.

Being a long-term expert on gov’t conspiracies and crimes, I see the whole tritium matter very deeply. The regime can and does refuse to release anything damning. So why did they release any data showing tritium at all, when they could have kept this under wraps, as I am sure FEMA is doing with WTC radiation readings? One possible answer is that it would provide a ruse for others to later claim the mythical 4th generation pure fusion bomb was used-- thus obviating what was there in NYC for 6 months-- the China Syndrome. And always remember, we are discussing the Lawrence Livermore Labs, designers of humanity-exterminating WMD for more than 60 years, as well as the above nefarious actions, related to the thermite hangout and JFK murder.

Now my first articles on my “many small nukes hypothesis” cited evidence for both fission and fusion at the WTC. I too ignored one important factor in these matters for a while-- but I have changed that in later articles and in a larger work-- but have not played this up at this blog, and wish to rectify this now. I have also written that it may be more than coincidence that a 4th generation pure fusion bomb does not allow for what we clearly had at the WTC for up to six months-- the China Syndrome of great heat GENERATION from the remnants of the many fission bombs, as each used only about 1-6% of its fissile material. That is, pure fusion does not allow for the China Syndrome as any remnants of pure fusion components (such as deuterium or tritium) do not allow for this-- only Uranium or Plutonium fissioning can. Note that a fission-triggered fusion bomb could still allow for the China Syndrome. Only the pure fusion scenario does not. So it is curious that the Finn immediately went with pure fusion, and not with the possibility of fission-triggered fusion. And the Finn based this on the tritium finding, and either did not know about, or chose to ignore, all the evidence of massive heat generation at the WTC for 6 months, and also the following matter.

One factor from nuclear physics has been mostly left out of this “nuclear choice.” This is TERNARY FISSION, and was included in William Tahil’s book. Unfortunately that book was shown by this researcher to be incorrect on several points. These included the “nuclear reactor” hypothesis being thoroughly unnecessary and impossible, as is his and the Finn’s claim that a single nuke destroyed each tower. (Tahil also incorrectly stated that a fission nuke uses up 100% of its fissile material, when it is only 1-6%.) I have also cited much evidence both of a preliminary sub-basement nuke timed with the explosions on top (so-called “plane hits”), and that the final destruction involved numerous small nukes. So the single nuke scenario, from the Finn and Tahil, is untenable.

Now most fission reactions of Uranium or Plutonium are binary-- they yield TWO large “daughter elements” (e.g., Barium and Krypton, or Strontium and Xenon), plus 2-3 neutrons, plus energy in the form of gamma rays. But since 1959, it has been publicly known, via this article, that ternary fission yields TRITIUM, along with its THREE daughter elements, plus the excess neutrons, and energy. And thus with the numerous fission bombs that were detonated, and with the additional possible factors of redundancy and fratriciding that my articles have detailed, we can arrive at perhaps the most likely source of tritium in the rubble-- the fission nukes themselves. I have seen estimates for the percentage of tritium production from ternary fission ranging from 1% down to .005%. (There is the possibility of deliberate disinformation, in some matters of nuclear physics, so one cannot often trust public nuclear physics discussions.) Because of this, and not knowing what element(s) were fissioned, nor how much of each, it is impossible to know just how much tritium could have been produced by ternary fission in the numerous micro-nukes used to destroy the WTC. But it appears to be more than would occur from non-existent planes, or gun sightings; and the proven heat generation of the China Syndrome Aftermath belies the use of a mythical 4th generation pure fusion device.

The most likely type of nuclear bombs used, was the type that could be made the smallest, and was the simplest, and most proven/dependable (compared to the others). This was the “good old” pure fission form of nuclear bombs. As I have shown, they’re even backpackable. And in the final analysis-- given ternary fission-- there never was any basis for claiming that the nuke(s) used at the WTC had to be 4th generation pure fusion, nor even that there was any fusion at all at the WTC. We may never be able to prove exactly what happened regarding the nuclear destruction of the WTC on 9/11, by the American regime; but we should strive to emphasize the most likely, and the most dependable factors the American regime would have used. And we must realize that the regime wanted to hide the China Syndrome Aftermath, as that poisoned thousands of responders, and to a lesser extent, millions of metro NY residents.

So any tritium found on 9/13/01 at the WTC, was most likely from ternary fission, not fusion. But if you want one more, perhaps crucial, plausibility argument, here it is. Fusion bombs have a history of having a yield larger than expected. And the perps strenuously wanted NOT to blow through the building in an obvious nuclear manner. A nuke having a yield larger than needed could not be risked. This would have been visible to thousands, perhaps millions; and such knowledge would have been difficult to contain. (Whereas radiation findings were controlled by FEMA, and the Gestapo regime need only scream “national security” to prevent release of such data-- including the tritium paper, if it had wanted to.) I have emphasized the need not to blow through the building in an obvious nuclear way, since my very first article herein. This is one reason why some conventional explosives may have been used during the destruction scenario, as I have also written.

What the nukes were mainly for, in my estimation, was to vaporize INSTANTLY, and definitively, the necessary core structure for the TOWERS’ ENSUING RAPID, APPROXIMATE, FREEFALL RATE OF COLLAPSE! The PTB apparently intended to later push the impossible “gravitational pancaking” ruse, even though it violates numerous laws of Physics, and we can see the outer structure being exploded outward, by the overpressure within. (You can compare what happens during an actual gravitational collapse by seeing this.) The PTB clearly wanted to shove a physically impossible, evidence-opposing destruction "mechanism" down the throats of the masses. They know what it does to many peoples’ psyches. It induces denial, fear, schizoid behavior, and hopelessness-- all good for the coming endless wars, and destruction of the American Constitution. Putting out a physically impossible and evidence-opposing “mechanism” for WTC destruction jibes with other events perpetrated by the American regime. With the American regime’s assassination of the Peace President, John Kennedy, the “official” scenario is that the fatal head shot was fired from behind, even though Kennedy’s body is slammed violently straight back--from the shot fired, from the front, by his Secret Service “protector”/driver. The ludicrous shot from behind violates the simple Law of Conservation of Momentum. As I have written, the WTC bogus scenario entails “pristine pancaking”-- violating Newton’s Laws of Motion. Similarly the JFK Assassination had (future) Senator Specter’s “pristine bullet” that smashed into 5 bones, made turns on its own, hung out for 2 seconds and looked virtually like new-- and violated the Momentum Conservation Law. The PTB want to put out these impossible “mechanisms” to dumb down, shock, or paralyze the people. Most people go into denial, and do not want to think about it, because their subconciousnesses know what is really involved. Those who can think and see, and have combatted the denial, are then further confounded with other limited hangouts put out by the Gestapo Regime’s hidden intel agents posing as “leaders” of the “truth movement.” These WTC hangouts included the evidence-free inanity of DEW, and the “thermite burns forever” impossibility. Both are easily demonstrated to be physically impossible to have caused the WTC destruction, and the CSA. All the regime’s hidden assets earlier inserted at the top of the “alternative” or conspiracy internet media, were then instructed to push these hangouts and avoid mention of the nuking and the China Syndrome Aftermath.

Returning now to the fission vs. fusion issue. Blowing through the outer structure of the building with unnecessary fusion--either as the hypothetical pure fusion, or as a fission-fusion bomb-- could not be risked, when pure fission micro-nukes were readily available. Fission nukes have a more "guaranteed" upper bound on their yields, and are more dependable as well, compared to either the alleged pure fusion or the fission-fusion bomb. In the final analysis, the release of the tritium data may have been a clever Intel Op to try to hide the China Syndrome Aftermath, and its nuclear fission cause. If there was tritium at the WTC, its most likely source was ternary fission.

Quarantine Escape Attempts, and The Real Star Wars, To Be Hidden Henceforth; Are Things About To Heat Up?

There is likely a vastly different, and more sinister, meaning to this little-noted news story. On the surface it states that the U.S. military will henceforth deny scientists access to information on “incoming meteor explosions” in space, gathered from “secret satellites.” As I have detailed, most major events in Mankind’s CONTROLLED history relate to Quarantine escaping attempts by those who created him, and who have been quarantined here for 50,000 or more, years.

The U.S. military will now prevent anyone outside the top military/intel brass from knowing about explosions in space. I assert this isn’t about “incoming meteors.” Rather it is about trying to hide the real Star Wars going on in the near-Earth space, apparently much of the time, as videoed by Shuttle astronauts and explained here by me. This change--the hiding of explosions in the near-Earth space--may portend very bad news, as predicted. As we approach 2012; or discounting that, but recognizing the recent drastic changes in the military, political, and technology arenas, something big is clearly imminent. Are massive Quarantine-escaping attempts about to get underway, with their presumed effective counter-measures--the explosions, and who knows what else--to be hidden from Mankind? Is the proverbial fecal matter about to hit the toroidal wind producing machine?

Only time will tell if a massive heating up of Quarantine-escape attempts, and their retaliation sequelae, are about to occur? It only entails the fate of all Mankind. What are you prepared to do about it? Hint: Try to get word to everyone in the military as to the real nature of things. Remind them of the second part of their oath to the Constitution--to defend it, and the Country, against domestic enemies. And to help convince people, tell them no one has ever been able to come up with an alternative explanation for the events described here, including nuking the near-Earth space--that endangered all life on Earth, the nuking of the back side of the Moon, and the halting of these events by OTHERS. It is important to note the fallaciousness of the ban from “Lithos.” The latter wrote, “The full conspiratorial body of "The Anonymous Physicist" makes Ickes seem reasonable. Please do not use.” And I must reply to this covert-op. My writings have nothing to do with Icke’s, as the latter mostly took his stuff from others, and added his own “Ultimate Truth” that “lizards from another dimension and Jews” control the world. Both fallacious assumptions. The other thing Icke is known for, can be summarized as “all you need is love, love” to counter those in control. (Which I don’t agree with.) Now Icke started off as a national BBC sportscaster. And the BBC probably never has allowed anyone to have such a job who wasn’t MI5, or controlled by MI5. I, of course, am not intel-controlled as the mercury compound throughout my body--"given" to me by intel filth for exposing the truth of the JFK murder--all too readily proves.

Even when I write on who’s ultimately in control, I cite definitive matters such as nuking the Quarantine in the 50’s and 60’s and the forced halting of that, as well as the planned nuking of the back side of the Moon, that also was not allowed, and many other factors such as the obvious Star Wars in the near Earth space as videoed by the Shuttle astronauts. I never cited lizards from another dimension, and have shown how the whole “Jew thing” is an Op out of London and Rome, to hide the role of London and Rome in controlling things (including everything nefarious Israel does).

Then many of my articles have contained excellent physics and mathematics, such as demonstrating the bogus equations, parameters, assumptions, etc. of Bazant and Seffen. My dust analysis could still easily get Bazant convicted of fraud for his citing and using 10 microns instead of the 2.5 microns for the smallest dust particle size. An honest court of law would definitely convict him of fraud and likely conspiracy. The entire façade of NIST’s “collapse” claptrap refers to Bazant’s “analysis.” So in my article, I have tried to be as scientific as I could, most of the time I believe.

Now the heart of this banning is really the following. The instant piece that caused the ban was Spooked’s posting of my article proving the falsity of Steven Jones in denying EMP at the WTC, as well as his long nefarious background. Furthermore it reiterated the irrefutable evidence of unique phenomena that have no other explanation, except for EMP. But a shill moderator cannot come out and say "we are banning A.P.'s work here because it gets to the truth of the nuking and the CSA, at the WTC." So obviously he has to provide something like the Icke comparison, as a ruse for banning. It is even more obviously a ruse as Spooked has told me he never posted any of my U.T. pieces there! He only posted the nuking and CSA articles at DU.

Ordinarily I’d consider this banning a badge of honor, for I have written here that the near totality of sites, forums, moderators, etc. covering both the 9/11 conspiracy, and the general conspiracy, are clearly (to me) intel–controlled. Of course, I regret that the job of reaching thousands there--as seen from the viewership numbers that Spooked reached with some of my articles--is now terminated. Clearly this ultimate truth of what was done to the WTC, and the thousands of people in it, and the thousands of responders who are, or will, suffer from radiation-caused illness, is reaching more and more people. And the PTB are worried. This is a good thing.

It's good our administration is reaching out to the muslim world. It's bad to spend another $100 billion to keep wars going which will kill innocent muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Recent Major Air Disasters Killed Prominent Activists

The recent mysterious crash of Air France Flight 447 killed two prominent illegal arms trade and international drug trafficking foes: Pablo Dreyfus and Ronald Dreyer.

Colgan flight 3407, which crashed in Feb 2009, had Beverly Eckert, an important 9/11 activist, and Alison Des Forges, a prominent activist against African genocide.

Funny Little 2nd Hit Video Discrepencies

So, I counted the number of frames it takes for the plane to enter the tower and the number of frames it takes for the first little nose-out pimple to appear. I did it for three videos, where both sequences can be readily analyzed. Screen shots are shown for each video. The last one is the famous Chopper 5 shot.

Apart from the issue of the differences in timing through the tower, I think it's pretty awesome how in the second video, the plane (or plane debris) actually goes FASTER THROUGH the tower than the speed at which the plane entered-- which is particularly striking as the width of the tower is about 30% longer than the length of the plane.

The caveat to all this is the lack of high-resolution footage available for analysis. But I think even at this resolution there are some real differences than can be seen that point to video fakery.

Subprime Racists

Mr. Zoldak replied that he had used the slurs in a humorous way, just as the African-American comedian Dave Chapelle did on television and thought that I would find the use of these terms humorous.

I always found it curious that the shills there never came after AP for his deep conspiracy articles, though they could be easily mocked in the same way people are mocked for promoting UFOs and aliens. Instead, they always IGNORED this whole issue, almost as if they didn't want to draw attention to it.

Vincent Bugliosi--

Bugliosi’s excellent book, “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder”, drips with contempt for Bush on almost every page, as he argues vehemently that George W. Bush should be prosecuted for murder, for purposely and with malice aforethought, lying our country into a needless war against a nation that posed no danger to us whatsoever.

Yet, surprisingly, Bugliosi disparages those whose opinion of Bush is just a teeny bit worse than his own. Referring to George W. Bush’s statement that “Had I known that there was going to be an attack on America, I would have moved mountains to stop the attack”, Bugliosi writes:

But other than some nuts on the far left who were loony enough to actually believe that Bush was complicit in 9/11, shouldn’t this go without saying?

I find it so weird that he should toss out a gratuitous insult at us on the “loony left” in the midst of his accusations of mass murder against George Bush. On the one hand he accuses Bush of the murder of thousands of American soldiers in his effort to advance his fraudulently based war, and yet at the same time he says that it should “go without saying” that Bush “would have moved mountains” to stop an attack that served to justify his war. Why should that “go without saying”? Because the attack killed thousands of Americans? Bugliosi already accused Bush of maliciously murdering thousands of Americans. Yet, so certain is he that Bush wouldn’t purposely allow a few thousand additional Americans to die, that anyone who disagrees with him on that point is “loony”.

And then, Bugliosi goes on to rant about how “unbelievable” the official story of 9/11 is, while at the same time giving no indication that he doesn’t believe it. After using the word “unbelievable” several times to describe Bush’s lack of effort to prevent or respond to the 9/11 attacks, Bugliosi says:

It wouldn’t have been possible for Bush to have been more remiss, negligent, lazy, and irresponsible. Not possible… So these points I have mentioned reflect the policy of Bush and his administration to almost look the other way when it came to fighting terrorism…

Why can’t there be more powerful words in our lexicon to describe special, yes, unique situations like this other than this tired terribly overused adverb (unbelievable)?

But why complain that “unbelievable” isn’t a strong enough word to describe the official story if he actually believes it? And if unbelievable is too weak a word to describe the situation, then why show contempt to those of us who actually don’t believe it? Like Bugliosi, many of us on the “loony left” think that the official 9/11 story is “unbelievable”. But unlike him, many of us actually don’t believe it.

And yes, Bugliosi is just as wankerish when it comes to the JFK ass'n (further down in the same post).

Guantanamo and Boumediene-- an Ongoing American Tragedy

An innocent man, Lakhdar Boumediene, was held for 7 and a half years and tortured at Guantanamo, a big chunk of his life lost . Clearly this is horrible, a crime against humanity.

But really in a way, this is no different than what the US has done to hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of African Americans-- jailing them for trumped up drug or other charges, wasting their life, undoubtedly abused by prison guards and other prisoners.

The tragedy of unjust imprisonment is woven in humanity's fabric-- and the US is one of the major offenders.

More Proof That EMP from Nukes Caused the Inflamed Cars at The WTC

Despite the ongoing, massive Intel agency efforts to push the physically impossible “thermite burns forever” scam on 9/11 truthers, we in the know about the nuking of the WTC and the China Syndrome Aftermath must continue to get the truth out. First it boggles the mind how anyone could give any credence at all to Steven Jones, when his past is known. His role in being inserted to shoot down Cold Fusion in its infancy is depicted here. Even recently the TV show “60 Minutes” interviewed top scientists who were initially skeptical, but who concluded, after actually studying the experiments, that it worked, as does the U.S. Naval Laboratory.

Now Steven Jones, PhD states that there's no evidence of nukes on 9/11. In support of that, he states that there's no evidence of EMPs (Electromagnetic Pulses produced when a nuke goes off). And in support of the latter, he simply says the only possible evidence of EMP was phone or radio problems, and that he says can be explained away without resorting to EMP.

Now the truth is that this is part of the reason that a nuclear physicist was inserted into 9/11 truth, with an impossible Limited Hangout of “thermite burns forever.” That nuclear physicist knows full well that ONLY the nuking of the WTC and the China Syndrome Aftermath fit all the evidence of what happened during and after WTC destruction. This article I wrote summarizes the evidence, and eyewitness testimony from first responders (including Ondrovic, Ruiz, Guttenberg), from my previous articles of EMP during WTC destruction. Included therein was my explanation for the half-burnt cars. I explained that the air gap in the car doors prevented the flow of current, and is the only explanation for the sharp contrast in half-burnt/half-pristine cars seen near the WTC. Also I pointed out how several first responders saw cars catch fire FOR NO APPARENT OR VISIBLE REASON. In one case, EMT Patricia Ondrovic suffered rib injuries when a car door exploded off a car that had just caught fire FOR NO APPARENT REASON near WTC6 as it, and WTC 2, were being destroyed. Paramedic Ruiz similarly reported a nearby car instantly inflamed for no apparent reason, during tower destruction. I repeat that Jones completely ignores all this evidence because, of course, the nuclear physicist knows full well that there is no other explanation-- besides EMP-- for these things! And his Intel Op-Plan is to forever yell, “Thermite burns forever” to cover-up the long half-life radioactive, fission bomb remnants in the rubble pile, that he also knows full well was the source of the great heat therein.

Now I relate how EMPs, from nukes, are known to cause such damage, as the cars catching fire. But first we must remember that the intensity and effective distance of EMP from a nuke depends on the type, yield, shielding, and altitude of the nuke exploding. I have cited that large, high altitude nukes can cause a continent-wide EMP. In this light, this Wiki piece on the American and Soviet High altitude nuclear bomb explosions of the late 1950’s and early 1960’s, is instructive. (Also remember I have detailed elsewhere the real reason for nuking the near-Earth Space that endangered all life on this Planet as it could have eradicated protective Van Allen belts that shield the Earth from dangerous forms of radiation.)

Now that Wiki piece contains the following regarding EMPs from high-altitude nukes:

1.”in July 1962 the [American] Starfish Prime test [1.4 Mt, 400 km.altitude] damaged electronics in Honolulu and New Zealand (approximately 1,300 kilometers away), fused 300 street lights on Oahu (Hawaii), set off about 100 burglar alarms, and caused the failure of a microwave repeating station on Kauai, which cut off the sturdy telephone system from the other Hawaiian islands…”

2. “A 300-Kt [Soviet] missile-warhead detonated near Dzhezkazgan at 290-km altitude. The EMP fused 570 km of overhead telephone line with a measured current of 2,500 A[mperes], started a fire that burned down the Karaganda [Kazakhstan] power plant, and shut down 1,000-km of shallow-buried power cables between Aqmola and Almaty.”

You see from the above that a power plant in Kazakhstan caught fire and burnt down-- all from EMP from a nuke 290 Km overhead. Surely, as I have stated, metallic cars catching fire within a couple of blocks of the mini- or micro-nukes going off in the towers AND WTC6 (as I have hypothesized) could only have been caused by the EMP-- especially when in several cases THERE WERE PEOPLE NEARBY THAT WERE UNAFFECTED, as they would not have been if was heat or “DEW” that caused this. Again ONLY EMPs account for the phenomena I have cited in the half burnt cars, or cars instantly and completely catching fire, some with car doors then exploding off of them.

In summary, this article cites the fires and other damage on Earth from the EMPs from high altitude nukes, to support the claim that the damaged and instantly inflamed car evidence I previously cited also could only have come from EMPs, from the exploding of mini-nukes very nearby and within the WTC buildings. The very short distance-- several blocks-- of the WTC EMP range fits the data well in comparison to the vastly larger nukes exploded at high altitude in the 1950’s and 1960’s by the USA and USSR. No other rational explanation has ever been offered for the various car phenomena I have cited and explained. No other known physical phenomena, except EMP, can account for the half-burnt/half-pristine cars, or the instantly inflamed cars not impacted by any material entities, with nearby unaffected people. As we are dealing with Intel shills from the murderous regime that perpetrated 9/11, the “theorists” from other 9/11 camps can forever be expected to either pretend this evidence does not exist, or merely claim that their hangout can explain these phenomena-- when they clearly cannot. While there are unfortunately still too many people suckered into believing the impossible thermite scam, the day will yet come-- with your help in promulgating these ideas-- where the Intel mantra, “Thermite burns forever” will be equated with “Oswald did it after all.” Both, however, remain physically impossible, and are indications of a scared regime fearful of the gallows when the people wake up and act.

1980's S&L Scandal a CIA Operation

In the book "Defrauding America", Rodney Stich tells how the Savings and Loan crisis of the 1980s-- which was a huge deal at the time-- was essentially a CIA scam. Basically, after Congress cut back on CIA funding in the late '70s, due to Congressional investigations and scandals, the CIA sought out new sources of funds for covert operations. Thus, the CIA took advantage of the recent laws that deregulated thrifts/savings and loans, and essentially set up scams to steal billions of dollars from the government, via S&L CIA fronts and bogus real estate deals. Charles Keating, the biggest name of the scandal, had extensive CIA ties.

While this may seem like ancient history now, doesn't it seem likely that the current financial crisis was a CIA scam-- particularly given ties between AIG and the CIA?

Strikingly, there is nothing on Russbacher or Stich in Wikipedia, despite their importance in the conspiracy world.

Food Thoughts

Is it really too much to ask that:

a) produce be labeled in such a way (not each item necessarily) that one can easily see where it was grown?

b) produce be labeled in such a way that one can easily see if it is genetically engineered/modified?

c) dairy products be labeled in such a way that one can easily see if it comes from genetically engineered/modified (or hormone-/antibiotic-treated) animals?

Not that I am freaked out about eating biotech food, but I'd still like to KNOW. Of course, one could simply eat organic food, and feel reasonably safe that it is not genetically modified (GM). And I guess you could assume that any non-organic food is GM-- but why can't we simply have labels???

WASHINGTON— Analysts now believe that last month's horrific attack on San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge, which left thousands missing and assumed dead, may have actually been carried out with green-screen technology, FBI officials announced Monday.

Sources said federal authorities revisited video of the tragic events of May 16 after a field agent noticed a bright, greenish hue running along the outline of the bridge, and completely surrounding the low-flying missile that entered slowly from the right and struck the beloved national monument. Digital forensic analysts were also able to uncover a number of additional anomalies that may change the way history remembers that terrible day.

"While we must never forget the painful events of 5/16, new evidence has caused us to rethink the nature of the attack," FBI director Robert S. Mueller III said during a press conference. "Specifically the repeated loop of 1950s-era automobiles traveling on the bridge when the first missile hit, the heavy pixilation around the edges of the seventh explosion, and the several inches of green material on both sides of the frame."

"And this would certainly explain why that giant boom mic kept dropping into the shot," Mueller added.

The director also said that the use of chroma-key technology to stage an attack would support widespread claims that rescue workers responding to the bombing were unable to reach the destroyed Golden Gate Bridge because of rush-hour traffic on the Golden Gate Bridge.

Until the bureau can investigate further, the retaliatory bombings in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran have been halted. In addition, the Defense Department has called off its search for the three Arab men who were last seen fleeing the scene of the attack on surfboards.

Proposed New Policy WIll Allow Gitmo Prisoners to Plead Guilt Without Defense Bringing Evidence of Torture

The Obama administration is considering a change in the law for the military commissions at the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, that would clear the way for detainees facing the death penalty to plead guilty without a full trial.

The provision could permit military prosecutors to avoid airing the details of brutal interrogation techniques. It could also allow the five detainees who have been charged with the Sept. 11 attacks to achieve their stated goal of pleading guilty to gain what they have called martyrdom.

Apparently the goal is to never ever admit that torture was used, and besides being totally immoral, that it totally fucked up any information obtained from the prisoners.

Proper Analysis of Plane Debris-- What a Concept!

The French government expressed deep disappointment Friday over the news that ocean debris recovered by the Brazilian military this week appeared to be the remains of a shipwreck and not from an Air France jet that crashed in the South Atlantic on Monday.

In radio interviews, the transportation minister, Dominique Bussereau, urged “extreme prudence” about judging the source of any debris that is recovered until it could be properly analyzed.

40,000 WTC Responders, Please Take Heed From New Japanese Court Ruling on Hiroshima and Nagasaki Survivors

A Tokyo High Court ruling on May 28 has marked relevance to hundreds, and likely thousands, of responders that worked at the WTC, beginning the day after 9/11/01. My previous articles on the aftermath of the use-- by the U.S. Gov’t-- of many small nuclear bombs to destroy the WTC, and the resultant China Syndrome Aftermath are at http://www.wtcdemolition.blogspot.com/ and http://www.wtc-chinasyndrome.blogspot.com.

The above “Japan Times” article noted that the Tokyo High Court ruled that “People who entered Hiroshima or Nagasaki AFTER the bombings under certain conditions and developed those diseases are also certified…as sufferers of illnesses caused by the atomic bombings.” The ruling declared that “any of five types of diseases including cancer, leukemia and hyperparathyroidism” were henceforth to be included as caused by the atomic bombs; and also that “the ruling also showed that certain diseases such as cirrhosis and hypothyroidism, which are outside the scope of the [older] criteria, also should be regarded as having been caused by the atomic bombings.” Some 8,500 atomic bombing survivors are dying every year, the article noted.

This related article states that a different court, “The Kochi court ruled that the ischemic heart disease suffered by the man, who was engaged in the relief work for atomic bombing victims within a radius of 2 kilometers from ground zero, was caused by extended exposure to a low level of radiation from the atomic bombing.” This article notes that 7500 survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are awaiting examinations based on their applications as Atomic Bomb survivors, which the Japanese federal gov’t so far has refused to acknowledge.

Please get this out to the sick and dying responders. Previous articles here have noted the hundreds, of WTC responders, who have gotten leukemia, lymphoma, and thyroid cancer- -all of which are well known to result from radiation exposure. Please get this to the responders directly as I believe their attorneys may be in on the cover-up that “these cancers are due to inhalation of toxins”-- when they are not. Various lung diseases are likely due to the inhalation of toxins, but this is not the case for these cancers.

It is high time for the 40,000 WTC responders/survivors to take heed of these facts, and also demand compensation for radiation exposure from the same regime that nuked hundreds of thousands of women, children and old men in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It should be clear that most living survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were likely children when they were nuked 64 years ago.

Please directly inform WTC responders/survivors that after careful scientific examination, Japanese High Courts have ruled that cancer, leukemia, hyperparathyroidism, cirrhosis, hypothyroidism, and ischemic heart disease were due to radiation from nuclear bombs, and that they ruled that exposure beginning even several days after the bombs exploded also led to these diseases.
